2021 Rogers Scholar Allyson Springer collects donations for Floyd Co. Animal Shelter

2021 Rogers Scholar and Prestonsburg High School student Allyson Springer collected donations for the Floyd County Animal Shelter for her community service project. “I have always had a love for animals. This has been a very rewarding experience for me.” Graduates of The Center for Rural Development’s Rogers Scholars program are required to complete a community service project.
