2019 Rogers Scholar Shelby Campbell of Owsley County delivers stockings to nursing home patients

2019 Rogers Scholar and Owsley County High School student Shelby Campbell delivered stockings filled with donated items to around 100 residents at a local nursing home during the Christmas holiday for her Rogers Scholars community service project. “This project has been short of amazing – filled with blessings,” she said. Each graduate of The Center for Rural Development’s Rogers Scholars program is required to complete a community service project.
